At Rivlo Shop, we are committed to delivering your camera gear safely and efficiently. To make your shopping experience even better, we are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.
1. Shipping Rates & Costs
Domestic (USA): We offer FREE Standard Shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required.
Expedited Shipping: If you need your gear sooner, expedited shipping options (2-Day or Overnight) are available at checkout for an additional fee.
2. Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
You will receive a notification email once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once processed, your order will typically arrive within the following timeframes:
Standard Shipping (Free): 3–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (depending on the service selected).
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location (Aberdeen, SD and surrounding regions) or carrier delays.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your camera or accessory has shipped, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Secure Delivery (Signature Required)
Because we carry high-value professional camera equipment, Rivlo Shop may require a signature upon delivery for orders over a certain value. This ensures your equipment is handed directly to you and not left unattended.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We ship to P.O. Boxes via standard shipping, but high-value items requiring a signature must be shipped to a physical street address.
7. Missing or Damaged Packages
Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at help@Rivlo.Shop.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your item, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. Rivlo Shop is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
