Does Rivlo Shop offer free shipping on all orders?

Which camera brands do you carry?

We stock only well-known, industry-leading camera brands. Every product is 100% authentic and sourced to ensure high quality.

Are the cameras brand new or refurbished?

We sell only brand-new equipment in original manufacturer packaging. We do not sell used or refurbished gear.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Rivlo Shop exclusively ships to addresses within the United States.

Will I need to sign for my package?

Because camera equipment is high-value, many of our shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Opened software, memory cards, and consumables (like sensor cleaning fluid) are non-returnable for security and hygiene reasons.

What if my camera arrives defective?

If your gear is faulty out of the box, contact us within 48 hours. We will provide a pre-paid return label and ship a replacement at no cost.
