At Rivlo Shop, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your new camera gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • Condition: The camera or accessory must be in the same condition that you received itβ€”unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, including all internal materials (manuals, warranty cards, cables, lens caps, and straps).

  • Proof of Purchase: You must have the receipt or proof of purchase from Rivlo.Shop.

  • Serial Numbers: All camera bodies and lenses have unique serial numbers. The serial number on the returned item must match the one recorded in our system at the time of shipment.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened Software/Memory Cards: If the seal is broken on software or SD cards, they cannot be returned due to licensing and data security.

  • Cleaning Fluids: Consumables like sensor cleaners or lens tissues cannot be returned once opened.

  • Gift Cards.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact Support: Email us at help@Rivlo.Shop with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package.

  3. Shipping: Please mail your return to the following address:

  4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value cameras, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Inspections and Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item.

  • Approval: If the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s policies.

  • Restocking Fee: Items returned with missing packaging or signs of use may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your camera arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, please contact help@Rivlo.Shop within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid return label and send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
